comeback post...

A lot has happened since the last time i posted on my blog....
n a lot has changed as well since then.....
something tht m dying to talk bout is tht we have a new group called "Laal Jeera"
a subgroup of GOG n don ask how it gots its name....
our colg had it first fest which with special thanks to Ms. Monica Boken Ma'am was a success...
the result of the 3rd sem was as unexpected as it always is....
nu labs opened up.... the basketball court almost constructed....
ths all i can think of of as of now.... rest will come up in the following posts.....

Evolution 2008

The college has evolved in a year....
we have a boys hostel, a pretty good one.....
new and fresh faculty.....
a bigger canteen,
new labs and more being constructed......
the evolution maybe slow, but soon we'll have everything that a prestigious engineering college wishes to achieve....

New semester.... Welcome Freshers

Hey...
finally the 1st year came to an end....
our college is one year old now!!! yieah yieah!!!
we all are now 1/4th engineers(almost.... irrespective of the uncleared subjects...hehe)

Now its time for nu students to join in...
we'll be w8in for em to join in n make our colg mo stronger...
n if u r a fresher... we welcome u...

n to all to be seniors... happy holidays!!!!
n don forget, the 2nd yr begins 28th July...n last day for fee deposit in 15 July( Rs. 50,820/- by draft)

Semester I results...... awaited......

our first sem got ova in da beginin of january.... widda next startin from 20 Jan....

now finally da results are about to come.....

generally predicted to arrive around mid-end of March.... its gettin scary by every moment....

so lets all just keep our fingers crossed n hope to score well.......

Wireless Networked

Our whole college is provided wid wireless wifi routers.....
wid free access except fo few previously blocked sites( not always)....
wid a router placed on every floor....n each placed at a distance of a maybe about just 2m.....
it provides supreme speed n connectivity....

n wid phones n palms comin equipped wid wifi its gonna be always online fo many now

Sports in da college

finally we have a sport(volleyball) introduced in our college.......
aint dat gr8..... but still betta dan nuthin....
but da only problem is we r not allowed to play anytime we want...
i mean even if kids are on bunk dey r not allowed to play.... dats sad...
n wats worse is mechanical n ECE don even have sports periods in thur schedules....

but we still w8in eagerly fo a basketball court n oda sportin options....
lets jus keep our hopes high

Canteen

Our canteen opened up this week....
a gr8 place to hang out.....
but very hot at times....
but no matter wat its a place where 100% attendance is compulsory for all....hehe....
generally gud food....
n a lot to be added into da menu....
